Jobmaps puts HR and line managers on the same page. A single application can now be shared by email with colleagues outside the account, so the person who will actually work with the new hire helps decide. The recruiter stays in control, the invited person starts with zero setup.
What does sharing an application on Jobmaps mean?
On Jobmaps, recruiters share a single application by email with people outside their own account, for example managers, a site lead or a specialist department. The invited person sees the full dossier, can rate it and leave notes, without logging in or setting up an account.
This extends the existing team roles (recruiter and observer) with a step outward: someone who is not in the account still reaches the right application, and only that one.
How does the invited person reach the application?
The recruiter enters one or more email addresses under Guests in the Assignees dialog and chooses the access level for each person. Every invited person receives an email with a personal link that opens the application directly, with no login and no code. No seat in the company account is used.
There are two access levels. With Review, the person reads the application, rates it and leaves notes. With Full access, they can also message the applicant and invite others, and they log in with the invited email address to do so.
Who can see the application, and how is access removed?
Everyone with access to a shared application appears in a clear, revocable list. The link is personal and only opens this one application, so it belongs with the invited person alone. Revoking makes the link invalid immediately and removes all rights and notifications.
Ratings and notes belong to the account that runs the job, not to the individual person, so the assessment stays intact even after access ends.
