Jobmaps puts HR and line managers on the same page. A single application can now be shared by email with colleagues outside the account, so the person who will actually work with the new hire helps decide. The recruiter stays in control, the invited person starts with zero setup.

On Jobmaps, recruiters share a single application by email with people outside their own account, for example managers, a site lead or a specialist department. The invited person sees the full dossier, can rate it, leave notes and message the applicant directly, without setting up an account of their own.

This extends the existing team roles (recruiter and observer) with a step outward: someone who is not in the account still reaches the right application, and only that one.

The recruiter enters one or more email addresses in the share dialog. The invited person receives an email with a link, confirms their address with a six-digit code and then sees the application. A personal account is created automatically if needed, and no seat in the company account is used.

The link is only transport: it carries no identity and can be forwarded, but whoever opens it must confirm an invited address or request access, which anyone with access can grant.

Everyone with access to a shared application appears in a clear, revocable list, and there is no anonymous viewing. Access is tied to the invited email addresses, not to the link. Revoking removes read, write and messaging rights along with all notifications immediately.

Ratings and notes belong to the account that runs the job, not to the individual person, so the assessment stays intact even after access ends.
