Jobmaps makes rating applications flexible. Teams rate in different ways, some with stars, others with a clear traffic light. Now every organisation chooses its own rating system and decides how individual ratings add up to an overall picture.

Jobmaps offers three rating systems: the classic star system, a three-point rating with good, neutral and poor, and a four-point scale that also includes very good. Each organisation picks one of them for its applications. The star system stays the default setting.

The three-point option works like a traffic light in green, orange and red and gives quick orientation in the applicant overview. The four-point scale allows finer grading when a team wants to differentiate more.

An administrator opens the settings and selects the preferred system under ratings. The choice applies to the whole organisation and can be changed at any time. New and ongoing applications then use the selected system.

This keeps the rating aligned with how the team works, without each person having to change anything.

When several people rate the same application, Jobmaps combines the individual judgements into an overall value. The organisation decides whether this overall value is the average of all ratings or the strictest value given. That way the display matches the team's decision logic.
