Jobmaps saves time on roles with many applications. Employers who want to tell several people the same thing no longer have to open each application one by one. They now select the relevant applications and handle the message or the rejection in one step.

How do you reply to several applications at once?

On Jobmaps, the employer selects the relevant applications in the applicant overview using checkboxes. Two actions are then available: send a shared message or decline all selected applications. Each applicant receives the message individually and nobody sees the other recipients.

Typical cases are a status update ("We will get back to you by the end of the month"), an invitation to the next step, or a rejection for everyone who does not pass the shortlist.

What happens with a bulk rejection?

Yes. A bulk message can contain placeholders that are replaced for each person when it is sent, such as the first name, the job title or the sender's name. Every message therefore opens with the right greeting, even though it was written only once. The effort stays the same, whether five or fifty people receive the message. The placeholders work directly in the bulk message, no template required. They are the same as in the message templates.

How are several ratings combined?

The selected applications are declined together and marked accordingly in the overview. Before sending, the employer defines the rejection text. Each applicant receives the rejection individually and addressed personally. This mainly speeds up closing a role when many applications are still open after it has been filled. Applicants get clarity sooner and the overview stays tidy.
