Message templates and automated sending

Jobmaps extends job templates with message templates and automated sending. Employers define standard texts for document requests and rejections — and have them sent automatically for new applications.

Earlier this month, Jobmaps introduced job templates: employers create blueprints with titles, requirements, and questionnaires and pre-fill new listings in one click. Now the template system goes a step further: message templates and workflow automation make the hiring process even more efficient.

Message templates: define standard texts once, use them everywhere

Employers can now store standard texts for recurring messages — such as document requests or rejections. Texts can be defined centrally at account level and overridden per listing if needed. Message templates are part of job templates: anyone creating a template for a position also sets up the matching message texts at the same time.

Automated sending: fewer manual steps

Document requests can now be sent automatically — as soon as a new application comes in, the applicant receives the stored text without any manual action. This reduces routine work and ensures every applicant gets the right message immediately.
