Manage applications centrally with lifecycle tabs
News · Jobmaps Schweiz ·
Jobmaps replaces the separate talent pool and the open/archived toggle with four lifecycle tabs: Open, Pool, Hired, and Closed. Plus a search across all applications and a unified status dropdown per row.
Until now, active applications, the talent pool, and the archive lived in different places – with separate navigation, their own filters, and different views. Jobmaps now brings everything together on a single page: four lifecycle tabs replace the old open/archived toggle and the separate pool page. Each tab shows exactly the applications that belong to that stage – with a count badge and an unread indicator.
Four tabs instead of three places
The applications page is now divided into Open, Pool, Hired, and Closed. Open is the inbox for active applications. Hired makes the positive outcome visible: people who are starting a position get their own status and tab. Closed combines rejections, withdrawals, and archived applications in one place. Pool collects shortlisted candidates — previously a separate page in the sidebar, now a tab on the applications page. The pool with automatic consent refresher is part of the paid plans.
Search and unified status dropdown
A new search works across all tabs — by name, position, or keyword. In addition, each application row shows a unified dropdown combining pipeline stages and status actions: change stage, move to pool, mark as hired, or reject — all in one place.
Simpler emails and less noise
At the same time, automated emails have been simplified: confirmation emails on receipt and pool notifications are more clearly worded and contain only the relevant information. Fewer emails, the right message at the right time. Tab navigation, search, and the hired status are available on all accounts — including Free.
