Social media promotion for job listings
News · Jobmaps Schweiz ·
Jobmaps replaces the separate talent pool and the open/archived toggle with four lifecycle tabs: Open, Pool, Hired, and Closed. Plus a search across all applications and a unified status dropdown per row.
Employers can now promote their job listings directly on Facebook and Instagram. Social media promotion is available as a new channel in the multiposting dialog and can be activated in just a few clicks.
Three packages, one goal: more reach
Jobmaps offers three packages that differ in duration and advertising budget. From a short boost for urgent positions to a longer campaign for hard-to-fill roles. The right package can be selected and paid for directly from the listing.
After purchase, the Jobmaps team creates the campaign and runs the ad on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Employers do not need to manage ads, targeting, or budget allocation themselves.
Reaching job seekers on their phones
Facebook and Instagram reach job seekers where they spend their time every day: on their phones. This applies to active job seekers just as much as to people who are open to new opportunities but are not browsing job boards.
Social media promotion complements the existing listing on Jobmaps and on the map. Both channels run in parallel, without additional effort.
