Jobmaps now groups applications by stage. Employers can instantly see who is in screening, interviewing, or about to receive an offer.
Employers who regularly post similar positions know the problem: title, requirements, questions — much of it repeats. Until now, every listing had to be created from scratch or awkwardly duplicated. Jobmaps introduces job templates: listing blueprints that reduce the creation process to just a few clicks.
Create templates and reuse them
Account admins set up templates under Settings. Each template includes a title, role, requirements, organisation, benefits, an image, and a questionnaire. When creating a new listing, the first step presents the template selection — one click, and the form is pre-filled. Adjustments can be made at any time afterwards, since the data is copied: changes to the listing do not affect the template and vice versa.

Who are job templates for?
Job templates are available on all paid plans. They are particularly useful for employers with recurring job profiles: businesses with identical positions across multiple locations, organisations with many similar roles, or recruitment agencies that regularly post the same job types. Instead of starting from scratch every time, the right template is selected and simply adjusted.
Template management is located under Settings in the Templates section. Learn more about employer features: Jobmaps KMU
