Jobmaps simplifies its listing structure: job profiles and openings are now a single listing type. This makes the platform easier to understand – for employers and applicants alike.
Previously, there were two listing types: job profiles (general job descriptions) and openings (specific vacancies). The distinction made sense but required explanation. Now there's just «listings» – with the option to mark an active vacancy.
What changes?
Employers can now pause any listing, add images and share directly. The new structure reduces complexity and makes it easier to stay visible even without an open position – a key advantage for SMEs focused on long-term recruiting.
