Jobmaps adds a team feature to its ATS. Multiple users can now be managed per account, with listings and applications assigned to specific team members.
The new teams menu allows clear separation of recruiting responsibilities. Roles, visibility and assignments follow a simple logic – no setup required.
Users and Roles
Free accounts are limited to one user, Pro accounts to three. The limit can be increased on request.
Two roles are available: Admins can manage users and switch between their own and all listings. Users only see listings and applications assigned to them.
Assignments and Visibility
Users can be assigned to listings and applications. Applications inherit their assignees from listings by default. Notifications only reach assigned users.
