Organise applications with labels
News · Jobmaps Schweiz ·
Jobmaps now offers labels for applications. Employers can create custom categories, assign them, and filter — individually or in bulk.
Employers who receive applications regularly need structure. Jobmaps now offers labels that let employers freely categorise their applications — with custom names and colours.
Create custom categories and assign them
Labels can be defined in the account settings. Name and colour are freely configurable, with 18 colour options available. Once created, labels can be assigned individually per application or applied to multiple applications at once using bulk actions. This works in both the applications overview and the talent pool.
Applications can also be filtered by label. This helps employers stay organised even with a high volume of incoming applications — without external tools or complicated folder structures.

Default labels are available for all accounts. Custom labels with colours and bulk editing are part of the paid plans: jobmaps.ch/en/for-companies
