Internal notes for applications
New: Internal notes for applications. Feedback and coordination within your team – no separate tools needed.
Jobmaps introduces internal notes. Teams can now comment on applications directly within the system – visible only to team members, not applicants.
This feature replaces the previous internal messaging system in the messenger, which many users found confusing. Notes are simpler: they appear chronologically on the application and support rich text formatting.
How it works
All team members can see notes on an application. Only the author can edit their own notes. Assigned team members receive an email notification when a new note is added.
