Job portals now display unsolicited applications. Plus: Job clusters group similar positions – for better overview at large employers.
Jobmaps improves search for applicants: unsolicited applications now appear directly in search results, and job clusters make large employers easier to navigate.
Unsolicited applications in search
Unsolicited applications have always been possible on Jobmaps – now they also appear directly in search results. Employers with a company profile can be found even without an active vacancy.
This also applies to job markets for organisations: associations and municipalities can now offer their members a job market where employers without open positions are also visible.
Job clusters for better overview
Jobmaps automatically groups similar positions into clusters. For large employers, applicants see perhaps 12 role types instead of 100 entries – like "Software Engineering", "Project Management" or "Customer Advisory".
For smaller companies, unsolicited applications are especially effective: they appear as hints in search results, showing which roles are generally sought.
