Jobmaps now groups applications by stage. Employers can instantly see who is in screening, interviewing, or about to receive an offer.
When filling multiple positions at once, it is easy to lose track: Which application needs a response? Who is already interviewing? Jobmaps introduces application stages — each application gets a stage, and the overview groups them automatically by progress.
Set, sort, and customise stages
Five default stages are available out of the box: New, Screening, Interview, Offer, and Hired. Employers assign a stage to each application — in the applications overview and in the talent pool. The list groups automatically by stage, with colour-coded icons for quick orientation. Sorting by stage or by rating is also available.
With a paid plan, employers can define and name their own stages — matching their specific recruiting process. The first stage ("New") and the last ("Hired") remain fixed, as the system uses them as anchor points. Everything in between is fully customisable.
