Jobmaps introduces a personal employer dashboard. Under /dashboard, employers can see at a glance how their active listings performed over the last 7 days: profile views, listing views and new applications, compared directly to the prior week.
Views, applications and trends per listing
The dashboard is scoped to the individual: it only shows listings assigned to the logged-in user. This keeps team members focused on their own pipeline without seeing data that belongs to others.
Three metrics at a glance: profile views, listing views and new applications for the last 7 days, each compared to the prior week. A 30-day chart tracks how views and applications develop over time. Below it, a row for each listing with individual stats, application stage badges and a 30-day sparkline.
Promote listings directly from the dashboard
For employers who want to push a listing further, there is a direct Boost button on the dashboard. It opens the multiposting dialog for promoting listings on Facebook and Instagram, without leaving the page.
The weekly activity email that active employers receive on Tuesdays is now also scoped to the individual. The numbers in the email and the dashboard match.
The dashboard is available on all plans: jobmaps.ch/en/post-jobs-free
