At Jobmaps, our mission is to improve job mobility and career opportunities in Switzerland by proactively engaging both active and passive job seekers. Employees should find jobs that match their skills as easily as possible and employers should find the right employees for their company.

We integrate labor market data, semantic full-text search and psychometric assessment tools in one platform, thus increasing matching efficiency and reducing friction in the job and employee search. By using modern technologies, we create more effective connections between job seekers and employers and achieve measurably better results for both sides.

Our goal is to sustainably increase job satisfaction and engagement in the workplace and transform the labor market. With our approach, we are creating a future in which employers and employees find each other faster and more accurately - for a more dynamic, satisfied and productive working world in Switzerland.

Teamwork and leadership are important to us. We promote a culture in which everyone has the right to share their thoughts openly, because we assume that our counterparts know something that we do not yet know.
