HR positions exist in practically every industry – from industry and retail to hospitals and homes, and up to public administration. In addition, knowledge of social security and labor law, as well as routine use of HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Abacus, are in demand.
Part-time workloads are common. Very good German is consistently expected; French or English are added for nationally active companies.
