Role and responsibilities

You execute store allocations for new season launches and promotions. You manage replenishment logic based on sales rates, capacity, and size profiles. You maintain and update distribution parameters (min/max, cluster rules, templates). You monitor store stock levels and identify over‑/under‑stock situations. You recommend and execute stock transfers, consolidations, and rebalancing. You inform Buyers and Planners on allocation constraints and opportunities. You track performance at store and SKU level. You provide stores with updates on deliveries and product availability. You capture store feedback on product opportunity or gaps. You maintain allocation workflows within the merchandising system. You ensure accuracy of store clusters, size curves, and stock parameters. You work with Supply Chain on delivery timings and readiness.

Manor AG, whose headquarters are in Basel, is the Swiss market leader in the department store industry, with a market share of around 60 percent. In total, the company employs around 7'500 people and trains some 250 apprentices each year. Manor AG operates 56 department stores, 21 Manor Food markets and 23 Manora restaurants as well as 3 distribution centres.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, or merchandising support.

  • You have experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in a retail or consumer goods / fashion environment.

  • You have strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • You have high attention to detail as well as strong organization and prioritization capability.

  • You speak German, French and / or English.
