Role and responsibilities
You take ownership for assigned business cases including forecasting, planning and steering relevant KPIs. You create tailored strategies to achieve set goals and drive long term business growth. Together with your team and stakeholders, you will develop and foster productive business relationships, manage client projects, and ensure the overall service and profitability of assigned accounts in line with Group Strategy. You enable retail media vision across the organization and drive close alignment with respective business leaders (Marketing, Buying, e-commerce) to ensure constant progression and development in line with business strategies. Based on your interaction with partners and broad understanding of marketing / retail / e-commerce you contribute to the definition of quantitative and qualitative goals as well as the creation of strategic plans that contribute to the short- and long-term development of retail media product offering. You define, plan and lead on bespoke projects that promote new and innovative retail media services and pioneer new ways of collaboration with externals and internals. You build a high-performance sales and operations culture through people development and enablement.

Manor AG, whose headquarters are in Basel, is the Swiss market leader in the department store industry, with a market share of around 60 percent. In total, the company employs around 7'500 people and trains some 250 apprentices each year. Manor AG operates 59 department stores, 23 Manor Food markets and 25 Manora restaurants as well as 3 distribution centres.
Qualifications and Skills
You have more than 9 years of experience in retail media sales, preferably with a background in fashion- or lifestyle industry, recent management of partner facing teams.
You have solid understanding of online & offline marketing business including typical campaign flows, technical aspects, KPI interpretation as well as enthusiasm for emerging trends.
You have the ability to drive projects incl. tech innovation to develop retail media product portfolio and reporting.
You have good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
You have good organizational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
You have proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams with a passion for growing talent and achieving set business goals.
You have the ability to navigate from big picture to hands on operational.
You are fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian).
