Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment. Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities. Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities. Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls and events. Continuous market observation and analysis. Conducting hotel tours. Developing strategies and measures to increase the company's success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments. CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups. Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms.

• You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and not only managed the events department there, but have already taken on responsibility as a member of the squad

• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage

• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably

• Ideally you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera

• You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong

• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
