Barkeeper/-in/Chef de Bar

Organizing the daily service operations of the bar while adhering to our service standards, preparing cocktails, long drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, creating drinks and cocktails in collaboration with the managing director, independent management of the bar in the absence of the managing director, competent, courteous and friendly service to our guests, charming reception of guests and creating a pleasant atmosphere, assistance with events.

• Barkeeper with completed training or career changer with profound experience as a barkeeper

• Experience in a similar position

• Extroverted, authentic and attentive personality

• High sense of quality and responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience

• Impeccable manners with guests as well as open, honest and direct communication with supervisor and co-workers

• Independent way of working and also ability to work in a team as well as passion for the profession

• Very good knowledge of English

• Ideally good knowledge of German
