Technical Service Coordinator

Process and coordinate customer inquiries, orders, and complaints through Salesforce Prepare and follow up on spare parts, component, and service quotations Review technical inquiries and orders based on drawings, P&IDs, and internal documentation Create and maintain spare parts lists for new and existing systems Coordinate workshop, planning, and installation activities Monitor schedules, orders, material availability, and delivery deadlines Ensure effective communication and information flow between customers and internal departments Maintain master data, part data, and pricing information Prepare and review quality-related documentation and dossiers Support process optimization initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards

• Technical vocational training as an Automation Technician, Mechanical Fabrication Technician, or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset

• Good ERP knowledge and proficiency in standard MS Office applications

• Experience working in an international customer environment

• Independent, focused, structured, and solution-oriented working style
