Role and responsibilities

Contributes to ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with company guidelines, guaranteeing the achievement of Production/Logistics targets during the shift. Supports the Production Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities, providing technical assistance to operators in the testing areas. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with ABB safety guidelines and Code of Conduct during the shift. Supporting the Production Supervisor to ensure the correct execution of production activities. Providing technical support to testing operators during daily operations. Acting as the reference point for on‑the‑job training of testing personnel. Serving as the first level of contact for operational issues to be escalated to the relevant Production Supervisor. Participating in Level 1 Q Circles: gathering technical and quality issues and communicating them to the appropriate supervisor. Ensuring that all personnel (within the area of responsibility) understand ABB’s core values and the group’s safety and integrity standards, and acting accordingly. Implementing and ensuring compliance with ABB’s Code of Conduct, tools, policies, and processing within the assigned area. Promoting and enabling collaboration within the relevant work areas. Managing relationships with stakeholders in the area of responsibility and ensuring alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in coordination roles

  • Experience in the electrical/electronic field

  • Previous experience in team coordination roles is considered a plus

  • Vocational school diploma or equivalent
