Global Service Sales Manager – Motion Traction

Role and responsibilities
As Global Service Sales Manager, you will drive global sales performance for the service portfolio, define and execute sales strategies, and lead front-end sales teams to exceed targets and customer expectations across the full sales lifecycle. Drive global sales performance, pricing strategy, and profitability for Service offerings (SLAs, upgrades, spare parts, digital sales). Lead sales strategy discussions, budgeting, forecasting, and opportunity tracking. Support and coach regional sales teams across the full sales process (from opportunity to contract negotiation). Develop business growth by strengthening knowledge of service products, markets, and installed base. Identify customer needs and competitive positioning through market analysis. Deliver product presentations, training, and customer engagement activities. Monitor sales performance, drive recovery plans, and improve win rates. Ensure effective collaboration during sales handover and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of industry experience, including global sales exposure
Proven experience leading and influencing global or cross-regional teams
Strong technical and commercial background (engineering preferred, ideally power electronics)
Experience in service business within sectors such as Railway, e-Mobility, or Marine
Solid understanding of customer engagement, market intelligence, and pricing strategy
Track record in business development, account management, and cross-selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
