HR Business Partner

Role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities. Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility. Supports the organization and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Leading and execution of HR initiatives and projects locally and work within the ELIP organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed vocational training or university degree with proven track record as HRBP or HR generalist within a production environment for a minimum of five years

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS-office and Workday /SAP

  • Highly self-driven and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and executions focus

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and hands on mentality

  • You are at ease communicating in German and English ( written and oral)
