Role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in meeting the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also show skill in reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. You will be mainly accountable for: Assembly and wiring of modules and systems according to documentation and instructions, Delivery of the required quality while adhering to safety regulations, deadlines, and time specifications, Clarification of open points with preceding or subsequent departments, as well as preparation of red‑line corrections, Compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician, electromechanics, automation assembler, assembly electrician, electrician, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in switchgear assembly
Self-motivated and initiative-driven working style
Practical approach; employees take initiative and adjust well to changes
High-quality work approach and experience handling materials and electrical tools
EDV skills to work on your own (digital document processing / basic SAP knowledge / Teams / Outlook)
Fluent German skills and good English skills (both written and spoken) are an advantage
