SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) Functional Lead

Act as the functional lead and trusted advisor for all Record-to-Report (RTR) topics within the SAP Cloud ERP programme. Review, challenge, and validate proposed RTR solutions, business process designs, and business blueprints developed by the System Integrator. Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, design sessions, and business process discussions with business stakeholders and implementation partners. Ensure RTR solutions align with business objectives, SAP best practices, SAP standard functionality, and Clean Core principles. Collaborating with other functional leads and managing dependencies across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Master Data, and reporting and analytics workstreams. Support governance forums and design authority reviews, helping drive informed decision-making throughout the programme. Act as a design authority for the RTR domain, constructively challenging solution proposals and ensuring alignment with long-term business and architectural objectives. Advocate for the adoption of modern SAP capabilities, including SAP Fiori and standard cloud functionality. Support testing, business readiness, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end financial processes.

You will join a major SAP Cloud ERP Greenfield transformation programme that will modernize core business processes and technology platforms across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal SAP functional leads, architects, and a global System Integrator, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the future Record-to-Report (RTR) landscape.
