Role and responsibilities
Engaging directly with prospective candidates through consultations, interviews and follow-up conversations. Supporting candidates throughout the admissions journey and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Managing the candidate pipeline and CRM, ensuring leads and applications are followed up consistently and candidate information is kept up to date. Coordinating the day-to-day admissions process, including applications, interviews, admissions documentation and candidate communication. Organisation and delivery of recruitment events and activities, including information sessions, webinars and other candidate-facing events. Coordinating with external recruitment and lead-generation partners and ensuring incoming leads are processed and followed up. Working closely with the Programme Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider programme team to deliver planned recruitment activities. Monitoring the recruitment pipeline and key conversion metrics and preparing regular reports. Supporting general recruitment and admissions administration as required.

The Department of Management, Technology, and Economics (D-MTEC) is looking for an Admissions & Recruitment Manager to join the MAS MTEC team for an 8-month maternity cover. The Master of Advanced Studies ETH in Management, Technology, and Economics is a long-established continuing education programme at ETH Zurich, with a strong history of management education for experienced professionals. Since 1980, more than 2,000 graduates have benefited from the advantages of ETH Zurich and the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics to take on management and leadership roles in their professional careers.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of professional experience in admissions, recruitment, sales or another customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills in English and a high level of customer orientation.
Confidence engaging with prospective candidates from diverse professional and international backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and activities simultaneously.
Comfortable working collaboratively with different internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
