Tender Specialist

Understand and empathize with Customer requirements and needs during the acquisition phase. Shape innovative sales strategies, selecting winning solutions both commercially and technically. Collaborate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders internationally to ensure timely and accurate tender documents. Your attention to detail will be crucial in presenting compelling proposals. Prepare comprehensive, timely, and technically sound commercial offers. Ensure seamless integration of Supplier offers risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and tender completeness. Bid presentation and technical support during customer meetings. Successfully transition negotiated projects to the project execution and engineering departments.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated self-driven tender specialist to strengthen the Global Competence Center Power Conversion team part of Power Grids Grid Integration Business Unit. • You have previous experience in bid management, sales support, project management or similar.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject

• Fluency in English and German. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage

• You have great communication skills and the wish to collaborate in a dynamic and multicultural environment

• Experience in Power Electronics, MC Frequency Converters, Power Quality applications, or Grid Integration is desirable

• Skilled in collaborating within cross-functional, cross-border teams, while embracing flexible working arrangements

• Openness to travel approximately 15% of your working time
