Planning, coordinating, and monitoring production processes while considering capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules. Serving as the central coordination and interface function between Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management. Taking responsibility for scheduling and controlling manufacturing orders and ensuring an efficient flow of materials and production activities. Creating and maintaining production documents, work plans and routings, as well as supporting production preparation activities. Reviewing standard times, maintaining relevant material and master data, and supporting the further development of workplaces and processes. Analyzing production KPIs and preparing reports and evaluations to ensure transparency and performance. Actively contributing to the optimization of processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.

For our site in Zurich Oerlikon, we are looking for a Production Planner (m/f/d) for our Generator Circuit Breaker division. In this key role, you will ensure the efficient planning and control of our production orders and serve as the central interface between production, project management, and supporting departments. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the successful and timely execution of our customer projects.

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by further education as a Process Specialist

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach to work

• Interest in production processes and enthusiasm for analyzing and optimizing workflows

• Fluent written and spoken German and English
