Role and responsibilities
Perform FEM simulations for railway applications and load cases Deliver accurate FEM reports supporting engineering decisions Support laboratory testing activities and validation campaigns Own selected traction transformer accessories throughout their lifecycle Define technical specifications and qualification requirements Manage supplier technical discussions, design reviews and validation Ensure compliance with railway and electrical standards. Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of FEM engineering experience
Strong expertise with ANSYS Structural or equivalent software
Experience in component qualification and validation activities
Knowledge of railway standards and mechanical design principles
Experience working with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams
