Power2 Junior Lawyer / Integrity

Participating in the development and implementation of integrity strategies, specially related to process and procedures, using of AI and/or tech programs. Conducting research and prepare Integrity documents, specially related to continuous/process improvement. Supporting the implementation of the Code of Conduct and assist in ongoing integrity training. Assisting the Global Head of Integrity in providing advice to Hitachi Energy management across a broad range of Integrity issues or within a specialist area. Ensuring compliance with company policies and Group directives, assist with the developing and implementation of both local and group legal and integrity directives and instructions, and monitor ongoing integrity, executing due diligence. Managing and communicating with external service providers. Participating in various global, regional, and local projects within the department. • Graduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting or related field

• Maximum 2 years of experience after graduation

• Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn as well as good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong interest in AI, technology, and process improvement

• High level of integrity and ethical standards

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
