Engineering End to End Process Lead – Transformers

Lead the design and rollout of global engineering processes Align local practices across factories into one unified approach Drive PLM strategy and implementation across product lines Reduce manual work and eliminate process inefficiencies Collaborate with IT and digital teams to define tool requirements Support “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across our global distribution transformers business. This role is central to our transformation journey, helping us move from local, manual ways of working to a global, digital, and standardized approach. • Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field

• 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management

• Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
