Support operations with troubleshooting alongside the incident management Implement change requests (RFC) in line with existing procedures and protocols Optimize resources utilization by analyzing and proposing improvements considering the life-cycle management of applications hosted Development and implementation of automated solutions Collaboration in the continuous development of existing infrastructure and active support of migration projects Recovery exercises execution and troubleshooting in the 2nd level support incl. on-call service

• Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science or any other relevant education

• At least 7 years of practical experience in the field of database operations and engineering

• Knowledge in Oracle databases and PostgreSQL is required

• Experience with Ansible automation is a plus

• Strong team player and ability to recognize synergies

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility

• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability

• Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
