Role and responsibilities
Planning, construction, and validation of greenfield hydrogen process plants, comparable to Direct Reduction Iron (DRI) facilities
Developing and optimizing reactor designs
Planning and executing large-scale projects
Coordinating suppliers and partner contractors
Collaborating within interdisciplinary project teams

Qualifications and Skills
Education
Technical education (apprenticeship EFZ, university of applied sciences, or university degree)
Profile
Relevant professional experience in the steel industry, particularly in the construction and design of DRI plants
Expert knowledge in DRI reactor design
Experience in plant safety
Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects
Proficiency in German and/or English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience with hydrogen systems
Experience delivering large-scale hydrogen projects
Willingness to travel across Switzerland
Availability for project-related international travel
Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, etc.)
