Role and responsibilities
Planning, construction, and validation of a greenfield power-to-power plant, including electrolyzer, hydrogen storage, and fuel cell
Process optimization and scaling of an integrated power-to-power system
Execution of large-scale industrial energy storage projects
Coordination of suppliers and project partners
Collaboration within an interdisciplinary project team

Qualifications and Skills
Education
Technical background (apprenticeship / university of applied sciences / university degree)
Profile
Relevant professional experience in the hydrogen sector
Expert knowledge in planning and implementing the integration of electrolyzers and fuel cells
Experience in commissioning hydrogen processes, with a focus on certification and safety
Experience in project work
Proficiency in German and/or English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience with hydrogen systems
Experience in executing large-scale hydrogen projects
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
Project-related willingness to travel internationally
Additional language skills (e.g. French, Spanish, etc.)
