Role Overview
As a Junior Special Projects Manager, you will work directly with the CEO, supporting confidential projects, luxury client relations, and high-trust personal engagements.

Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in strategic private projects and discreet executive initiatives
Managing confidential scheduling, events, and luxury travel experiences
Supporting the CEO in private meetings, public events, retreats, and key client engagements
Building trusted personal and professional relationships
Coordinating special events, retreats, and high-end networking opportunities
Acting as a point of contact for private clients and personal advisory relationships
Work Environment
Open, dynamic, fast-paced and ambitious yet discreet, confidential and trust-based
Remote-first model with mandatory in-person meetings, events, retreats, and international client engagements
Global travel required (~10–30%) to major hubs (e.g., London, Dubai, other major European cities)
Flexible working hours aligned with international schedules
