H&S Manager

You advise the line management in the implementation of the H&S legal requirements, policies and Group and Country standards, procedures and rules. You advise the line management in all related activities as H&S Expert including risk evaluation and risk analysis and coordinate the preventive and corrective measures implementation. You advise and support the units in the implementation and the continuous improvement of the H&S Management System and related processes. You manage the different tools and the reporting of the HSE performance. You are responsible for the internal HSE audit program of the H&S Management System and related processes and influence the unit leadership teams in the implementation of the corrective/preventive actions. You develop and recommend improvements to all HS Management systems.

Holcim (Schweiz) AG

• Engineering degree in combination with safety engineer EKAS/NEBOSH or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in the Industry in an operational role and/or as H&S professional

• Leadership

• management

• organisational and communication skills

• Language skills: English and German or French professional (verbal and written)

• Excellent knowledge of the specific operational risks in the extractive and/or process industry
