Head of Department Embankments and Geotechnics

Lead, plan and develop the department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives. Manage department activities and oversee the financial monitoring of projects. Ensure quality and consistency of offers within the department’s area of expertise. Identify opportunities for development, innovation and improvement of department activities. Consolidate and strengthen the technical competencies of the department, particularly in the areas of underground works and geotechnics

• Master Degreed in Geotechnical Engineering. PhD degree is highly appreciated.

• 15 years of proven experience in the field of Geotechnics / Rock Mechanics / Embankment design and construction.

• Excellent communication skills and natural leadership, with prior experience in design coordination and project management roles.

• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.

• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Italian and / or German are considered a plus.
