Role and responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing the development of the boutique in the airport environment, through the excellent management of the store operations, respect of brand image, achievement of sales objectives and management of a team of Client Advisors and Brand Ambassador. You are responsible for driving and supporting the Sales team as a coach as well as delivering exceptional service to the client, in line with Bulgari Maison’s values that you embody. Contribute to the selection and recruitment of high-performing profiles. Coaching & Development of the team competencies by observing, leading by example and giving constant feedbacks on the field. Motivate and energize the team: celebrate achievement, share best practices. Communicate clear and precise objectives and KPI, sharing results and feedbacks. Organize team planning according to business needs, and show flexibility covering the shifts whenever expected. Increase team awareness of market trends and airport development. Consolidate training needs & follow up the completion of e-learning modules, ensure the team’s expertise in product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills. Pro-active in recruiting new clients & prospects and challenge the team accordingly. Address client concerns in a timely manner, in line with brand’s standards. Lead the team to foster a clienteling approach and mindset in every interaction, follow the achievement of CRM KPIs and objectives. Manage the boutique to achieve sales & service KPIs. Spend most of the time on the Shop floor with client advisors and clients to understand the business, coach and support the team. Responsible for maintenance, follow up on assortments, visual merchandising, respect of uniforms & grooming standards. Store stocks follow up and ordering process. Profound knowledge of the PAX, Airport news, competition. Performance explanation and weekly reporting. Proactive approach when it comes to proposing improvements, new ideas, to improve results and generate sales across all categories.

Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of store procedures/processes
Expertise in a similar, managerial position in a high-end luxury retail sales environment
Expertise in retail store operations
Knowledge of digital processes (CRM purpose) and mastering the pack office, especially Excel
Knowledge of Luxury business
Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands jewelry, watches and accessories products
Fluent in German and English
