Role and responsibilities

As Team Manager Automation Project Execution, you will lead a team of up to 10 technical experts and one trainee (Project Manager Automation, PLC Software Developer). You and your team are responsible for automation projects regarding costs, quality, and deadlines. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (technology, process, mechanics departments) as well as with customers and suppliers. You will coordinate work packages with our external offices and advise our customers on automation matters, conducting assessments for retrofits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree from a university of applied sciences or higher technical school in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Project management skills such as leadership, scheduling, cost planning and tracking, as well as leadership and team-building skills
• High customer orientation, including the ability to communicate effectively with people inside and outside the company
• Ability to work in an international environment, good judgment, decisiveness, and the ability to handle complex situations
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell)
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
