Role and responsibilities
Handling rare collection items Electronically recording and documenting existing objects in the Museum database and possibly inventorying new objects Data cleaning of the Object Management database according to the previously created structure Enrichment of existing data sets Assisting in collection logistics Taking part in the design and implementation of various Museum projects

Qualifications and Skills
Student of museology, documentation studies or a similar subject
Experience or training in handling rare collections items
Experience or training with documents / collections assets archiving systems (digital asset manager software)
Previous training on collections management
Interest in football and football history
Interest in and appreciation for culturally and historically important objects and their management
Familiarity with documents / collections assets archiving systems (digital asset management software)
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), knowledge of any other FIFA language (French and Spanish) would be an asset
Good computer skills, meticulous attention to detail
