People Operations Specialist

Role and responsibilities
Support and manage employee lifecycle processes for Switzerland from hire to retire (onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding). Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on P&C administrative and employment-related topics. Prepare and maintain employment contracts and other personnel documents. Ensure a smooth and positive employee experience through high-quality operational support. Maintain and update employee records and manage our P&C systems. Ensure data quality, documentation standards, and compliance with internal processes. Support monthly payroll activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date payroll-relevant employee data. Assist with payroll-related reporting and year-end activities. Support communication with authorities and social insurance providers where required. Contribute to P&C reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of administrative processes.

Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of experience in People Operations in Switzerland
Hands-on experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding)
Practical experience supporting payroll processes
Good understanding of Swiss social security and labour law basics
A structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a strong service orientation
Fluent German and very good English skills
