Working Student Compliance Operations

Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team to execute core Compliance processes such as the Compliance Risk Assessment and the annual Compliance activities planning and to drive continuous process improvement Support the team in the development, operation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool, existing dashboard applications in Power BI and visualization tools Drive data analysis and preparation to identify global trends and insights Support the team in managing our Group, regional and local stakeholders Support and drive existing and future innovation and automation projects.

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent

• Prior work experience is required, financial services/consulting is an advantage

• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented, curiosity, learning agility

• Tech skills: data analytics skills, Power Bi and AI/Copilot knowledge required. Python and Databricks nice to have

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential

• For the length of the contract, enrolled at a University/ Institute of higher education and be located in Switzerland.
