Role and responsibilities
Use AI and data tools to create meaningful portfolio insights and management reports Explore and challenge new business ideas and AI-related solutions Help design, test and validate concepts early with users and stakeholders Work closely with portfolio managers, transformation specialists and product / project teams. Use AI and analytics tools (e.g. GenAI, BI tools) to turn portfolio and delivery data into simple, decision-ready insights Support the design and build of AI-assisted reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. automated summaries, smart filters, narrative insights) Work with the team and stakeholders to understand new business ideas, including AI-enabled solutions and improvements Help refine problem statements, value hypotheses and simple business cases for new ideas Use structured thinking and data to challenge assumptions, highlight risks and identify where more evidence is needed Early validation of concepts and AI solutions Support the design and facilitation of early-stage tests (e.g. prototypes, mock-ups, concept walkthroughs, experiments) Consolidate feedback and data to assess desirability, feasibility and viability of concepts Document findings, recommend next steps (iterate / pivot / stop / scale) and help craft concise stories for decision forums Prepare clear, visual summaries of insights, experiments and recommendations (e.g. slides, short notes, simple dashboards) Work closely with colleagues across functions and countries, sharing learnings and good practices Contribute actively to a culture of experimentation, learning and continuous improvement

We Use data and AI to create better insights for portfolio and product decisions, explore and challenge new ideas, including AI-enabled solutions and test and validate concepts early with business stakeholders and end users. Qualifications and Skills
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field)
Availability for a min 9-month internship, potentially extendable upon mutual agreement
Located in Switzerland
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and ambiguity
Genuine interest in AI / GenAI and how it can be applied to real business challenges
Basic experience with data / reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Any exposure to scripting (e.g. Python, SQL) or AI tools is a plus
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple, structured way (slides, visuals, short narratives)
Curiosity, learning agility and a “test and learn” mindset – you are not afraid to try things, fail fast and iterate
Team player with good interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with different stakeholders
Very good written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage
