Role and responsibilities

Shape and own business-driven data architecture that enables rolling forecast, scenario analysis, machine-led modelling as well as automated financial reporting processes Act as the key bridge between Finance business owners and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable data structures and solutions Design and oversee in-bound and out-bound of the global finance data hub Establish and drive clear min data standards, data model design principles, data definitions with an AI-first mind set Collaborate with stakeholders at Group and at local level across functions, challenge status- quo and bring a mind set of new way of working with AI embedded in any new process

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in data architecture, data modeling, or similar roles within Finance and in complex transformation environments

  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and the underlying data granularity, including how local and group structures differ and interact

  • Ability to translate financial business reporting requirements into structured data concepts, modelling and flow

  • Experience working with modern data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g., lake-house architecture, snowflake, data bricks, Claude-code or similar)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align both business and technical stakeholders

  • CDMP certification as an advantage
