Role and responsibilities
Introducing new innovations and ideas in Group Audit. Supporting with the delivery of strategic projects among various workstreams, such as planning and reporting, process improvements, automation and agile. Coordinating internal and external communications. Organizing and plan group-wide learning and leadership events. Assisting with local and group-wide team events.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor/Master Student in Relevant Area: Economics, Business, Strategy & Organization, Communications, etc.
Strong Communicator and Presenter: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially at creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and conveying complex ideas clearly in written form.
Collaborative and Culturally Aware: Experienced in working within multi-cultural teams, demonstrating collaborative nature and strong communication skills.
Proactive and Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
Creative and Detail-Focused: Brings innovative thinking to problem-solving while maintaining a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
Technically Skilled and Organized: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) with basic project management and task prioritization capabilities.
Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
