Role and responsibilities

You closely collaborate from highly qualified innovative RF/Antenna Design Engineers to define simulate and test and characterize RF sub-systems and antennas. When something does not get as expected, you enjoy investigating to identify the Root Cause. Accurately documenting and communicating your work is important for you. You work with early-stage demonstrators, as well as new industrialized designs ready for mass production. These topnotch sub-systems allow our team to deliver the best performing Phased Array Antenna systems, as defined in our long-term airborne and land-mobile product roadmap. Qualifications and Skills

  • MSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a similar field with 5+ years of hands on experience

  • Experience in RF & Microwave theories; validated experiences in designing and testing activities a plus

  • Experience in the RF design of Ka, Ku, X, C, and S-band RF-structures and building blocks (phased arrays)

  • Knowledge of EDA design tools such as HFSS, CST

  • Experience of design and qualification for harsh/rugged environments (Aerospace)

  • Strong collaboration skills in an interdisciplinary environment

  • Strong documentation skills and ability to report on technical solutions and findings

  • Travel up to 10%

  • Swiss, EU Citizenship, or Valid Swiss Work Permit
