Junior Account Executive International

You independently manage and advise our international corporate clients (outgoing and incoming) across all lines of insurance You conduct tenders and proposal comparisons, analyze results, and develop tailored insurance solutions based on your findings You actively contribute to the development and expansion of our international broker networks and maintain these relationships to provide optimal support for our global clients You prepare an annual plan for your client portfolio to ensure the long-term satisfaction and success of your clients You are responsible for the independent administrative and technical management of the clients assigned to you

The International division supports the consulting and sales teams with a high degree of specialization in managing international business, conducts tenders, and drives the development of enhanced services.

• You have a professional qualification and further education in insurance or business administration (e.g., Federal Diploma in Insurance, Insurance Specialist HF, or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences)

• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in corporate client management

• You are fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level; French is an advantage

• You are a team player with strong communication and consulting skills as well as a clear affinity for sales
