Account Executive International

You independently manage and advise our international corporate clients (outgoing and incoming) across all insurance lines – with a particular focus on international insurance programs in the property and liability sectors. You carry out submissions and offer comparisons, analyze results, and develop tailor-made insurance solutions. You actively contribute to the development and expansion of our international broker networks and maintain these relationships to optimally support our global clients. You create an annual plan for your client portfolio to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success. You actively drive the growth of the outgoing business portfolio.

The International Division supports the consulting and sales teams with a high level of specialization in managing international business, handles submissions, and drives the development of extended services.

• You have completed insurance-specific or business management training or further education (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in Insurance, Insurance Specialist HF, or a degree from a university of applied sciences)

• You have several years of professional experience in the international insurance environment – ideally in managing corporate clients

• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English; French is an advantage

• You are a team player with strong communication and consulting skills as well as a clear affinity for sales
