Translate legal and business requirements into practical, user-friendly and scalable products, tools and workflows. Structure legal knowledge, content and data to enable reuse, automation and AI-supported legal services. Promote continuous improvement and responsible adoption of AI by monitoring solution performance, incorporating user feedback and ensuring appropriate governance and human oversight.
